Zordeli – Returns and Cancellations Policy (United Kingdom)

At Zordeli, operated by DCSS GLOBAL LLC, we are committed to providing high-quality products and a pleasant shopping experience. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer a returns and cancellations policy in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

1. Right to Cancel

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days from the date you receive your goods, without having to give any reason.

Once you have notified us of your decision to cancel, you then have a further 14 calendar days to return the goods to us. This means you have up to 28 calendar days in total from receipt of your order to cancel and send the item back.

2. Return Conditions

For your return to be accepted, please ensure that:

  • The product is returned unused, undamaged, and in the same condition in which you received it.
  • The product is returned in its original packaging, with all labels and accessories included.
  • The product is accompanied by proof of purchase or a delivery note.

Please note that you may be liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and function.

3. Return Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except where the product is faulty, damaged on arrival, or incorrect due to an error on our part — in which case Zordeli (DCSS GLOBAL LLC) will cover the return shipping cost.

4. Returns Procedure

To return a product:

  1. Contact our customer service team at service@zordeli.com, stating your order number and details of the item you wish to return.
  2. You will receive instructions on how and where to send the item back.
  3. Pack the item securely, including proof of purchase or delivery note.

5. Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within a maximum of 14 calendar days from the date we receive the returned item, using the same payment method used for the original purchase.
